Customer demand for solution of visualization of bulk material stockpile, fully automated controls of machines like Stacker, Reclaimer from the central control room are growing day by day to meet the requirements of productivity, system availability and raw material segregation / identification, Management Planning etc.

• Machine equipped with one more 3-D LASER Scanner i.e total two set of scanner in one machine
• One Scanner shall be responsible for Complete Pile Scanning , it’s primary responsibility
• 2nd scanner only scan the area just before Bucket Wheel, during reclaiming process
• Again, during reversal of direction, scanner will interchange the responsibility
• Before reaching to the cutting Zone, Scanner will update Machine PLC by height data along with positional information, transfer shall be on real time; height Data will updates as machine move forward
